Fabulous race as always! I'm so glad I did it yesterday, as I was considering bailing out, given the weather. Glad to have #7 under my belt!
ReplyDeleteHere is a minor bit of feedback: I know the race results are posted in a different format each year. This year they seem particularly un-useful. The column that is supposed to have the time doesn't. I don't think that actual times are there at all, in fact. Fortunately, I heard my time announced as I finished yesterday. But I was hoping to see the times of other finishers. And is there anyway to see the finishers in the overall order in which they finished? Thanks. Can't wait for next year!

ReplyDeleteGreat race - I had a blast for my first 50k. I think the volunteers were excellent and the aid stations were staffed with plenty of food to keep us going. In regards to the timing I do agree that the times seem way off. At the finish I was looking at the TV and watching my results along with others I ran with. My finish time on the TV screen was close to my watch time; however, the time on these results (if I calculate my overall time) is over 13 minutes off from what my watch and the screen results showed. Thanks again for organizing a great race, appreciate all your efforts.
ReplyDeleteLike the above comments my mountain bike result that has been posted is 1:11 minutes different than what was posted on the TV when I crossed the line...This being said....THIS RACE ROCKS!!!
